I am pleased to present to you a brief overview of Venus Tourism Company 1- Our History Twenty-two years ago today, in 1992 specifically, we launched the project of opening Venus Tourism Company in the heart of the capital, specifically at 16 Al-Bustan Street - Talaat Harb - Downtown - Cairo. It does not exceed forty square meters and the number of employees does not exceed five employees and a capital of fifty thousand pounds, and successes were achieved that were crowned with many achievements, the company was expanded to 150 square meters and with great pride we became one of the largest tourism companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt and now includes more than fifty employees and we have four branches in the governorates of the republic and the capital was increased to one million pounds. 2- Our Activity We are proud to provide our customers with all services related to travel, tourism, shipping and car rental, including reservations and issuing tickets on all international airlines, following up and confirming reservations and issuing travel tickets as well as train tickets. We also provide a comprehensive package of tourism services including hotel reservations all over the world in addition to special tourism programs such as honeymoon programs, business and VIP programs, medical trip programs, study and education services, Hajj and Umrah, and organizing conferences and meetings. And many more. We also provide air and land transportation services, company transportation services within the Arab Republic of Egypt and its suburbs, freight transportation services, customs clearance services for goods and merchandise, packaging services, all types of insurance services and travel insurance, and rental services: such as car and aircraft rental. 3- Our Vision * To expand our activity and invest in growth opportunities and international partnership. * To provide real value and quality that serves our customers and always achieves their satisfaction. * To become an example to be followed in reliability and efficiency. * To strive to develop various tourism services that suit all customers and also customers with special needs. 4- Our Mission During our rich history spanning more than twenty-two years, we have achieved many accomplishments, the most important of which are:- - Venus Tourism Company obtained a general agency for more than 52 airlines - Winning the Best Agent Award for the following airlines: Egypt Air - Sudan - Emirates - Gulf - Italian - Delta - Increasing the number of our branches to 4 branches in the governorates of the Republic. 5- Speech of the Chairman of the Board of Directors In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful I am pleased and happy to talk about Venus Tourism Company and say that the success that was written for this company during a journey that took more than twenty-two years to become one of the largest travel and tourism companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt was thanks to God Almighty. Since the beginning of our work in the field of travel and tourism in 1992, we have set ourselves a lofty goal, which is excellence in every field of our work, armed with honesty, integrity and determination to face challenges and difficulties no matter how great they are. Today, we stand proudly in front of the achievements we have made in this growth journey that has brought us to all countries of the world, where the name Venus Tourism has become a name that is pointed to with the finger in this industry, which is one of the most competitive industries in the world, especially since all international airlines and hotels, along with ground services companies, have come to consider Venus Tourism the main gateway to marketing their products and services to all travelers. In this effort, we must not forget to mention the great efforts made by the team working at Venus Tourism Company over the past years, those efforts based on credibility and customer care, which allowed the company to always be the closest to travelers, no matter how different the circumstances are, in accordance with the slogan that (the relationship with any traveler does not end when he buys the ticket, but rather means helping him at all stages of his journey until he returns safely. Based on this philosophy, we shared with travelers all their requirements, and we are always keen to meet their desires, as we were the first to start offering travel programs, whether to America - or European countries or Malaysia or the Emirates and others, with a focus on achieving the highest level of service and in a warm family atmosphere without deviating from the customs and traditions of Egyptian society, which made us the closest to our customers and made our company have a different and distinct character than any other company in the travel market around the world.
